Leonardo Houseboat In The Pool

Our big boat, Leonardo, has completed 31 year trips in the sea, and is now resting on land. Houseboat Leonardo is a 10 meter boat in a regular pool.
Accompanied by a covered outdoor kitchen, toilet, and outdoor shower.
Now Leonardo is ready to welcome visitors with a minimum booking limit of 3 nights.
The pool will be for the exclusive use of Leonardo’s guests, and the area is surrounded by light reed fences, for privacy or nudity.
Leonardo is for semi-crazy people, like us 🙂

Our property is on the beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki, between Metamorfosi and NIkiti. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxing and has nothing to do with mass tourism.
In an area of 2500 sq.m. with 80 meters facing the sea, we have three basic accommodations, Lady’s house, Sailor’s home and Leonardo, houseboat in the pool.
They are far enough apart, all on the sea.
