Lady’s House on the beach

The house is on the beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki, between Metamorfosi and NIkiti. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxing and has nothing to do with mass tourism.

In an area of 2500 sq.m. with 80 meters facing the sea, we have three basic accommodations, Lady’s house, Sailor’s home and Leonardo, houseboat in the pool. They are far enough apart, all on the sea.

Lady’s house is 35 sqm and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a double bed in the bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is an air-conditioned caravan which is in contact with the house by a door. It has a double bed, and a single bed. For 3 people or more the caravan can be used. The house with the caravan can host up to 6 people.

There is also a big wooden terrace with a great view of the sea, a dining table and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is direct access to the beach.
