Villa Oasis

Villa Oasis is a traditional complex located next to a pine forest and a sandy beach, at a distance of 5.5 km from the town of Nea Potidea in Halkidiki. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen and free wireless internet. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra.

Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden where there is a barbecue, a playground for children and a parking lot. The complex is 100m from the sea. The long sandy beach is practically private, and the sea is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for children.

APARTMENTS: The traditional Villa Oasis complex has two apartments for rent on the ground floor, two apartments on the first floor and two studios on the top floor. The apartments and studios have a panoramic view of one of the most magnificent landscapes of Halkidiki, the blue sea and long beaches.
Apartments on the ground floor have a side entrance and a private garden terrace. They can accommodate up to five adults, three in the bedroom and two in the living room. The fifth bed is additionally charged 10 euros per day.
Apartments on the first floor have an entrance from the back from the garden and a balcony from the front. These apartments can accommodate up to four adults, two in the bedroom and two in the living room.
Studios (40m2) have an entrance from the back and a terrace with a beautiful view. They contain a double bed and one standard single bed in the bedroom, and the kitchen is an extension in the same room.
All accommodation units have fully equipped kitchens with a large refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker and dishes for 6 people. They also have a bathroom with a shower and hot water. Accommodation units also have two dining rooms with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen, and the second is outside on the terrace or in a private part of the yard.

Studios and apartments are traditionally furnished and fully air-conditioned with one independent air conditioner in each room. Electricity is additionally charged at 0.20 euros per kwh. If the air conditioner works with the door closed, the surcharge does not exceed 1e per day. Air conditioning is generally not needed due to the breeze that blows during the day.

Hot water is also available in the bathroom and kitchen. Bed linen and towels are changed once or twice a week. The studio and apartments have all the means to maintain cleanliness. A TV, hair dryer and clock radio are available in each accommodation unit. Free WiFi internet is also available. There is also a washing machine for shared use as well as an iron or ironing board.
