Skioni Resort

Our newly built apartments belong to the first class accommodation and have an accommodation capacity of 18 beds. They are located at a distance of 110 km from Thessaloniki and 5 km from the spa of Agia Paraskevi. They are equipped with TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bed linen, pillows, toilet, balcony and baby cot available on request.

In the facility, we have three-bed studios with one double bed and one single bed, kitchen, terrace and bathroom. We also have two four-bed apartments that have a bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchen with a living room with one single bed and one extra bed for a child.
All kitchens have a small oven with a stove.
We provide guests with clean towels and bed linen for four days.
Our accommodation is located in the middle of the city beach, about 50 meters from the sand and close to all other facilities in the town.
Next to our facility there is a large public parking lot that is free of charge.

The beach in Skioni is the bearer of the Blue Flag for its clean sea water. There is also a small playground for children on this beach. In the center of the village there are all necessary shops such as: pharmacy, bakeries, ATMs and many restaurants and bars.
Many visitors come to Skioni because of the spa of Agia Paraskevi, which is only 5 km from the village.
It is a modern spa known for its water with healing properties, rich in sulfur that comes from the depths of the earth. Visitors of all ages can enjoy massages, jacuzzis, saunas and treatments there.
We will be glad to host you in a pleasant and warm atmosphere with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, which is only 15 meters from the room. In our accommodation, you will be able to enjoy your vacation with our hospitality. Our house is open during the summer and winter months.
