The accommodation units are built according to the highest standards and are fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. Each house welcomes guests with bed linen and other necessary contents for an unforgettable stay. Apart from paying rent, guests have no other obligation.
In Agios Nikolaos you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a health center, pharmacies and public services.
There are three houses available:
Agioklima
The one storey house, “Agioklima” is situated below the main house. It has a lounge/dining room, a kitchen (30sq.m.), 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can accommodate 3 people and has a small window. The other 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, a baby cot and a large balcony door. The lounge room can also accommodate 2 people. Overall “Agioklima” can cater for up to 9 people.
Yiasemi
“Yiasemi”, next to the main house, is a ground level, 60 sq.m. self-contained residence. It has a combined kitchen-dining room-living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The house also has 2 verandas.
Chrysanthemo
“Chrysanthemo” is a one-storey, independent house located below the tennis court. It has a large verandah with retractable awnings. It is 40 sq.m. and has a combined kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the surrounding garden there is a barbecue for shared use, as well as other places around the house suitable for socializing or enjoying the view. There is also a modern tennis court and private parking.
