The ground floor has a lot of light, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom; it also has two terraces (a large one at the front and a smaller one at the back) and a storage room in the basement with a low ceiling.

In the living room there are several beautiful sofas made of massive bricks, as well as a fireplace. One bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two separate ones. The front terrace (30m2) is ideal for moments of relaxation, and it also has a barbecue. All rooms have ceiling fans for cooling.
