Vila Miranda

Villa Miranda is located in an excellent location in Nikiti, right on the beach, separated from the city noise and bars, in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a playground for children, a porch with tables and benches next to a brick grill. It is about 650 meters from the center, about 400 meters from the nearest store and bakery, and about 1.5 km from two large supermarkets (Lidl and Masutis). All studios and apartments have wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning (included in the price), TV, fan and mosquito nets and have a direct or side view of the sea or garden.

The two-bed, smaller studio is the only one located on the third floor and consists of a sleeping area with two standard beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom (with a shower cabin) and a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. The size of the studio is about 20m2 + terrace. Four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor and on the second floor. They contain one bedroom with a double bed or two standard beds and a living room with a sofa that can be opened into a double bed or two sofas as standard beds, a kitchen with a small stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a dining table. The apartments have large terraces with seating and umbrellas. The size of the apartment is about 45 m2 + terrace. The villa has its own towels and bed linen and private parking with video surveillance.
