Anna Xofi Studios & Apartments

Within less than 50m from Livrohio Beach (Trani Ammouda), one of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki is this family business Anna Xofi located which runs since 1994. It consists of 7 studio apartments which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and one two-bedrooms apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. All the apartments have their own bathroom and cooking facilities as well as air-condition and TV. They all have their own balconies with a spectacular view to the sea and to the surrounding forests of Sithonia.

In our garden apart from playground there is also a large barbecue which you can freely use to prepare your lunch or dinner. The nearby port of Ormos Panagias is only 500m away. From there you can join one of the daily cruises around Mount Athos (Agion Oros), a place where time stops about 1000 years ago and the Byzantine architecture remains intact over time. In this little port there are several fish taverns where you can enjoy fresh seafood or you can buy fresh fish and enjoy a nice barbecue at your apartment. There is also super market for your daily shopping.

The traditional village of Agios Nikolaos is only 2km away and a visit is strongly recommended. You can combine a nice walk through its narrow streets with a wonderful dinner in one of the traditional taverns in the village center. In Agios Nikolaos you can find Medical Center, post office, ATM as well as several souvenir shops.
