Adonis Family Forest House

ADONIS FAMILY FOREST HOUSE  is a newly built complex of 2 apartments, located in Ormos Panagias in Sithonia (2 km away from Ormos), on  the second finger of Halkidiki, opposite Agio Oros. A big advantage is its location near the Dragoumeli forest and Talgo sandy beach (access to the beach 500m on foot, via a car-free path).

The house is newly built, has a high ceiling and is in excellent condition, surrounded by a 2500m2 yard. Apartments for rent are on the ground floor (no stairs at all), from the front there are 4-5 steps to climb.

Two apartments are for rent (without direct communication between them).

Each apartment (53m2) has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a toilet with a shower. It is located on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It was built with soundproof windows. All doors and windows are equipped with protective screens.

There is a spacious living room  with air conditioning that cools the entire apartment, a dining table and a brand new full kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, a sink, a large fridge freezer, an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a boiler, a coffee machine and all the appropriate utensils for preparing meals.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first has a very comfortable double bed, and the second has two single beds. The apartment is equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers and, of course, sheets and bedspreads. You can also ask about laundry on our premises.

In the bathroom you will find plenty of towels, a hair dryer and other accessories. Last but not least, there is a spacious balcony (terrace) in front of the house, and a paved yard with a barbecue behind the house. In the right corner of the yard, under a large pine tree, there is a place where you can sit and enjoy the smell of the forest. All the above places have  chairs and (wooden in one) table.
